Where is your meat from?

At Wolfworthy the quality of our meat is important. Our fresh chicken is free run and from the UK, as is our beef liver, kidney and heart. Our trout is from the UK or Ireland. Our Salmon is mainly from Scotland but occasionally when stocks are low we have to go to Norway. We always use free range British eggs in our recipe.
