1. Contact Us
Email support@wolfworthy.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your delivery to request a return.
2. Provide the Following Details
- Your name, order number and address
- Tracking number of your return parcel
📌 Important: Your name and order number must be included inside or on the parcel - we cannot process refunds without this information.
3. Use a Tracked Courier Service
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- We recommend Parcel2Go for reliable, affordable couriers.
- Securely package your return to prevent damage.

Refund Processing
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
- Refunds typically take 5-10 days to appear in your account.
Cancelling an Order Before Delivery
If you change your mind after ordering, we’ll try to cancel it. However, once your order has been processed for dispatch, we cannot stop it. In this case, you have two options:
- Refuse the delivery – The parcel will be returned to us, but a £7 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Accept the delivery and return it – Follow the return process outlined above.
What If I Miss My Delivery?
If the courier attempts delivery and you’re unavailable, they will contact you via email or mobile.
- If you don’t rearrange delivery within 24 hours, the parcel will be automatically returned to us.
- We can either send a replacement or issue a refund minus the return fee.
