Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or Scilly Isles.
Stock Balancing
To ensure consistent stock availability, we may supply equivalent orders (e.g., if a 7.5kg bag is unavailable, we may send 5 x 1.5kg bags instead).
Returns & Refunds – 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you’re not 100% happy with your Wolfworthy food, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund.
How to Return Your Order:
1️⃣ Email us at support@wolfworthy.co.uk within 14 days
2️⃣ Include in your email:
- Your name & address
- Your order number
- Your return tracking number
3️⃣ Pack your return securely and include a note inside the box with: - Your name, address, and order number, without this information, we won’t be able to process your refund
4️⃣ Use a tracked courier (e.g., Parcel2Go) – return shipping costs apply
5️⃣ Send your return to:

Refunds take 5-10 days to process after receiving your return.
Cancelling or Refusing an Order
If you change your mind after placing an order, we’ll do our best to stop dispatch. If the order has already been sent, you can refuse delivery, but return postage fees apply:
- £7 return fee for 7.5kg bags
- £3 return fee for 1.5kg bags
If the courier attempts delivery and you don’t respond, your parcel may be returned to us, incurring a £7 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
