Does Wolfworthy contain Taurine?

Taurine is one of the building blocks of protein and is known as an amino acid.

For dogs, this amino acid is regarded as 'non-essential' which doesn't mean it isn't important it means that your dog's body can actually make it on its own when not found in abundance through the diet.

This is unlike a cat where it is regarded as 'essential' and must be provided through the diet because cats cannot make it on their own.

Taurine is found naturally in lots of foods, particularly meat and seafood.

As Wolfworthy is mainly meat (80% meat and fish and 20% fruit and veg) the taurine needs of your dog are naturally met through its diet.

Note: Not all grain-free foods are the same. Grain-free doesn't automatically mean high meat. Some foods can be grain-free but substitute the meat protein with vegetable protein such as peas/legumes/lentils. Wolfworthy is a high meat diet with protein coming from animal sources, not legumes or lentils.

Do you love the idea of feeding raw but hate the mess, fuss or your dog just won't eat it? Wolfworthy is the dry food alternative to feeding raw. It has the same health benefits but is easy to store, handle and travel with. So you can relax knowing your dog is satisfied, healthy and well-cared for but without all the hassle.
